When I order something I only expect to get what I ordered. If I get something extra I will contact them to see if it was a mistake. It has only happened once and they told me it was a thank you gift. I actually started to cry because nobody had ever done that before. Have a beautiful day 💖

Tbh, I'm mostly kind of irritated when I get something I don't need and maybe don't like... it's just more clutter. It's nice to find a cute card tho, but I'm not disappointed if there isn't anything as long as the ordered goods are good!

I appreciate the freebies I’ve received but didn’t expect any of them. Keeps them also as a pleasant surprise. While sometimes they’ve also been given as an apology for the wait time if it exceeded expectations I was also just grateful/happy to see communication letting me know. That said I like your mailing setup it’s nicely organized and very cute 😊

Also, these small businesses are are selling products that are not subject to any quality control. You have to go the extra amount to promote your business and convince the buyer to go with you and not some other business. Some freebies from a business you don't know anything about. Makes sense sense.

Big businesses are responsible for the employment of thousands and their health insurance. So please don't assume you know what it's like to run a big company because obviously obviously you don't worry or you would have one.

As long as the quality is decent and the packaging is professional, it's all good. The one scenario where I get grumpy is when large brands include tons of freebies and gifts-with-purchase for their US customers, but give us Canadians nothing. Like cool, good to know we're such an afterthought for you, thanks. But I wouldn't take issue with a small business doing that because I know small businesses are just trying their best, and a lot of small businesses don't ship internationally at all because it's too difficult.
